Delete your account and data

In the app

• Open PlantAir and sign in.
• Go to Account.
• Choose Delete Account and confirm.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email support@plantairhq.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

Your profile, equipment, service records, uploaded files and saved troubleshooting sessions are removed or anonymized. Records we are required to keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons may be retained for the period the law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
