This policy explains what PlantAir collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the PlantAir mobile app and this website.
1. Information we collect
- Account details you give us, such as name, email, phone, company and address.
- Equipment and service records you enter, including nameplate details, service history and maintenance schedules.
- Files you upload, such as photos, visit reports, invoices and manuals.
- Requests for service or quotes that you send through the app.
- Subscription status, and technical data needed to run and secure the service.
2. How we use information
To create and manage your account, provide the app's features, sync your data across devices, verify subscriptions, answer support requests, keep the service secure and improve it.
3. Payments
Individual subscriptions are purchased through Apple or Google. Company plans are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full card number.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers that help us run PlantAir (hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payments and AI processing of the questions and photos you submit) only as needed, and when the law requires it. When you send a service or quote request, the request and your contact details are shared with the compressed air provider we connect you with. In a company workspace, your data is visible to that company's authorized members and administrators.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, dispute, fraud-prevention and enforcement purposes. When a deletion request is completed, account data is removed or anonymized except where records must be retained.
6. Account and data deletion
You can delete your account in the app under Account, or follow the steps on the Delete Account & Data page.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Children
PlantAir is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13.
9. Your choices
You can update certain account information in the app, request deletion, and contact us with privacy questions.

We will post updates on this page with a new date.
